I am Wei-Chen Chen (wccsnow @ gmail.com), and this is my webpage including my curriculum vitae, research, work, presentations and some personal stuff. I am also the maintainer of four other websites.

• pbdR is ``Programming with Big Data in R'' which includes series of R packages to deal SPMD programming and distributed matrix computation in R.
  
  
• HPSC is ``High Performance Statistical Computing for Data Intensive Research'' which includes tricks of Parallel Computing in Statistics. Currently, it focuses on MPI and pbdMPI for analyzing ultra-large data in a distributed manner.
  
  
• Phyluclustering is ``Phylogenetic Clustering'' which includes a novel statistics method combining phylogenetics and model-based clustering, and aiming to group long and large amounts of aligned DNA and SNP sequences in perspective of mutation processes.
  
  
• R_note is ``The Exploration of Statistical Software R'' which includes tons of tricks of R especially combining with C and Fortran, and vice versa.
